Role Purpose | The Manager of Business Development (BD) in London will focus on generating leads and acquiring new clients to drive business growth. 2. Client & Account Management | - Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients, increasing revenue from existing clients.

3. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence | - Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive positioning and industry trends.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for the company to stay ahead in the market.
- Share insights with senior management to inform business strategy.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation | - Lead sales efforts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Monitor performance against revenue targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

5. Team Collaboration & Leadership | - Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking | - Regularly report on business development metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
