Role PurposeResponsible for overseeing the business & HR operations of the organization including Business Development (BD), Profitability and Reporting.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key AccountabilitiesKey Activities
1.       Strategic Development·         Building and developing a Business Strategy Plan to Increase the market share in staff outsourcing service, add new Service line Revenue, Increase share of Wallet, Territorial expansion, and Profitability.

·         Planning for successful management of the overall HR department

2.       Business Development and Client Management·         Develop a good understanding of the Business, Region, and offered services.

·         Developing a complete understanding of Clients’ needs regarding executive manpower requirements and outsourcing.

·         Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients.

·         Continually develop the “Insights” brand and increase awareness in the marketplace.

·         Prepare a Weekly/monthly business development plan by considering Insights’ services segments and UK’s market and targeted clients.

·         Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals.

·         Responsible for own Revenue Targets

3.       Clients’ Execution and Services Delivery·         Responsible for the timely and effective execution of recruitment services required by the clients.

·         Ensuring client needs are addressed on time as per the agreed scope of work and timeline.

·         Responsible for building clients’ portfolios for recurring business opportunities.

·         Building and marinating a long-lasting business relationship during the services delivery phase in order to increase re-selling and cross-selling of services.

4.       Operations & HR Departmental Tasks·       Administering the formulation of recruitment, testing and selection policies and programs and ensuring the application of the equal opportunity principle.

·       Managing team responsible for tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards etc.

5.       Team Management·         Building and retaining a competent and professional team for the successful performance of the department

·         Managing and training the team for successful delivery of Services

·         Responsible for the team’s performance and performance improvement

6.       Management Reporting·         Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related to regional activities containing revenue target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high-value prospects

·         Service delivery and ongoing projects’ progress reporting

·         Total Sales and Profitability reporting of the department

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills·       Ability to meet targets and assigned tasks.

·       Aptitude in networking and building relationships.

·       Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

·       Professional knowledge of best practices regarding personnel affairs including a good grip on Labor Laws.

·       Fluent in English

Experience·      Five years’ previous work experience in any HR consultancy firm along with a good understanding of Sales Management, Business Development, Key Account Management.
